Solution

In the Bitpalace ValueWebspace, a mailbox can have a maximum size of 1 GB. In total, 1 GB storage space is available.

In the Bitpalast® Business Booster, a mailbox can be at most 10 GB big. Overall, #sys_diskspace_total # storage space is available by default. This means that multiple mailboxes can be created for at most 10 GB. If this is not enough, the storage space can be expanded in increments of 1 GB to at most 1 TB (1024 GB). However, a single mailbox can not be larger than 10 GB by default.

Some customers manage so much email and data in their mailboxes that more than #sys_bb_mailbox_maxsize # space per mailbox is required. The Bitpalace Business Booster Webspace can be expanded for [price]/month, so that each individual mailbox can store 50 GB instead of the normal 10 GB.
